Songbird (Mikayla Camp) of Homegrown Harmony is a down to earth folk musician with a love for old fashioned life and the outdoors. She got her start as a classical vocalist, which led to her discovering her passion for the comforting and classic folk music from her childhood. After completing her Masters, Mikayla began writing music inspired by her mother’s determination and courage to hike the Appalachian trail, against all odds. Mikayla’s musical influences include John Denver, Franz Schubert, and her music itself is homegrown food for the soul.
